Steven is a customer-centric and commercially focused C-suite and board executive with proven global corporate operations, strategy and business development skills. He has successfully designed & implemented complex business improvement plans and strategic transformations in mixed vertical and multi-brand environments for listed blue chip conglomerates and family businesses.
Steven has led assignments in over 35 countries across hospitality, FMCG, technology, oil & gas, mining, education and aviation verticals: including advising governments and major groups on development strategy.
Based in Dubai since 2013, Steven co-founded JIGSAW ASSOCIATES to focus on accelerating new sustainable technology through business improvement initiatives, corporate transformation and market entry and development.
Current clients include a finance ministry in the Gulf, a tech start- up with the ambition to disrupt a trillion dollar industry, and one of the world’s largest master developers in the UAE.
Steven is also a Visiting Professor at Sheffield Hallam University Business School since 2012, where he advises on curriculum development, and delivers guest lectures on International Strategy, and Global Procurement & Supply Chain, to undergraduate and MBA students.
